Fourth-generation coffee producers Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera have been producing coffee together since 1993. Their partnership has brought us some of the most esteemed coffees coming out of Marcala, Honduras, an area southeast of Santa Barbara near the border of El Salvador.
La Piedrona Village is located on the eastern end of Marcala, near preserved forest land. The cool, slightly humid conditions here lend themselves to an even, slow maturation of coffee cherry, enhancing overall cup quality.
