Tolima, Colombia

Though we often look to Huila or Cauca for lovely Colombia coffee, Tolima-Rioblanco offers high elevations, abundant water, and an established community of coffee growers that makes it an ideal origin for sweet, clean coffees.

1500-1900meters above sea level

This washed coffee comes to us from a group of 49 producers in Tolima, Colombia with farms ranging from 1500-1900 masl. The coffee is rich, full of red apple, cherry, and brown sugar. The roast of this coffee is more developed than our lighter version, with more intense flavors of dark chocolate and caramel. Well-suited for espresso or a heavier brewed coffee.

Coffee Matrix

GGET’s Flavor FieldTM is a visual tool for comparing our different coffee.

Coffee Matrix
It’s deceptively simple, but takes into account development, origin, process, and everything else that gives a bean a winning relationship with your palate.
Dark and light describe how we roast our beans. A dark roast tends to impart richer, sweeter flavors, whereas a light roast keeps flavors bright and complex.
Earthy and citrus flavors originate in everything that influences a coffee bean pre-roast: its processing method, its region of origin, and its genetics.
