Though we often look to Huila or Cauca for lovely Colombia coffee, Tolima-Rioblanco offers high elevations, abundant water, and an established community of coffee growers that makes it an ideal origin for sweet, clean coffees.
This washed coffee comes to us from a group of 49 producers in Tolima, Colombia with farms ranging from 1500-1900 masl. The coffee is rich, full of red apple, cherry, and brown sugar. The roast of this coffee is more developed than our lighter version, with more intense flavors of dark chocolate and caramel. Well-suited for espresso or a heavier brewed coffee.
