Caballero Catuaí, Honduras

One of two exemplary coffees from Marysabel Caballero we're offering this season, Caballero Catuaí rings with a malic, apple-tart acidity + chocolate wafer notes, all in a cocoa-butter smoothness.

About Caballero Catuaí

Husband and wife coffee producers Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera have been producing coffee together since 1993, and are themselves fourth generation coffee farmers. Their partnership has brought us some of the most esteemed coffees coming out of Marcala, Honduras, an area southeast of Santa Barbara near the border of El Salvador. As producers, the couple represents a pinnacle of possibility for other specialty-focused farmers in Honduras.
