Mexican coffees remain underrated by the specialty coffee world: we're hoping to help change that narrative by investing heavily in quality producers like the San Juan Ozolotepec group, from whom we sourced the four small lots used in this espresso. In tasting, we always find some coffees are perfect for espresso——usually they’re the ones with delicate acidity, good body, texture, and clean sweetness. Try this one and believe us.
