This coffee is the product of diligent work by three producers with whom we’ve been partnering with since we began roasting. Fredy Bautista, Carmen Erazo, and Roger Vasquez have a range of experience, and each of their farms on the Santa Barbara mountain are of some of our favorites.
Here in Northwestern Honduras, located on the mountains overlooking Lake Yojoa, many smallholder coffee farmers like Fredy, Roger, and Carmen work with Beneficio San Vincente, a dry mill and exporter that has been the catalyst for Santa Barbara’s emergence in the specialty coffee consciousness. The mill has done an incredible job of connecting the individual farmers to different roasters worldwide. The blend we've created from these beloved producers brings out the beauty of these Pacas, Catuaí and Bourbon varieties.
