You can skip or delay your subscription on your account dashboard.

You can change the type of coffee you receive, the shipping frequency, or update the grind settings all on your account dashboard. Just click the EDIT button to the right of your subscription. It will take you to the below pop up screen, where you can update your subscription:

Did your card expire, or have you received a failed payment notification? Here are the steps to update your payment information for you coffee club subscription.

1. Login to your gget.com account
2. Click "Edit" to the right of the subscription you'd like to update
3. Scroll down on the pop up window and click "+Add Card" and add your new card info
4. Click the big red "Add Card" button after inputting your payment information
5. Select your new payment method
6. Click "Update My Subscription" at the bottom of the pop up window and you're all set!

To re-activate or cancel your coffee club subscription simply

1. login to your account dashboard
2. click the "Edit" button to the right of your subscription
3. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up window and click "re-activate my subscription" or "cancel my subscription" directly underneath the orange update my subscription button. You're all set!

If your discount isn't showing up at the checkout screen, double check your gget.com account dashboard and our mobile app settings to make sure that your email is the same on both.

If it's different on the app, you can update it by going into the app settings and clicking "Edit Profile". Your perks will then apply within 15 minutes!

We allow Unlimited members a complementary pause for one billing cycle (two weeks) of their subscription. Beyond this, Unlimited members may cancel their subscription in their account page and rejoin the waitlist to subscribe to Unlimited when they wish to resume. We cannot guarantee a date for when a new invite will be sent after a cancellation. We cannot pause or refund a subscription mid-billing cycle. This means if you reach out to our support team to pause your subscription, it will go into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For that one billing cycle, you will not be charged. The billing will auto-resume after that cycle ends (two weeks). We are unable to refund a portion of a billing cycle. Your Unlimited perks will remain active until the pause begins.

If you are unable to login or update your password, click sign up and create an account using the same email you used to create your Unlimited account. You'll then be able to ave immediate to access your gget.com account dashboard.
