Los Idolos comes from a collective of farmers in the San Augustin municipality in the department of Huila, Colombia. This washed coffee is grown between 1600-1900 meters above sea level, in Huila’s coffee-optimal growing conditions. Our Los Idolos decaf is processed using the sugarcane, or ethyl acetate, process right at origin, allowing for a sweet, clean flavor profile that stays true to terroir.
