In the past, Santos’ family produced only a tiny amount of coffee, just enough for them to enjoy at home and sell a bit. Eight years ago, they invested in a new parcel of land that had some poorly maintained coffee plants growing, and have worked hard to improve coffee quality and quantity. Santos is also part of El Sendero Co-op, which focuses on gender equality among coffee producers and especially supports young coffee producers.
Santos Pablo Paya, Guatemala
Santos Pablo Ramirez produces some of our most prized coffee every year. This stunning high-grown coffee is no exception, and rings out with notes of pineapple, Bing cherry, emerald plum, and mint.
