To pause your Unlimited subscription, please email or text us. We allow Unlimited members a complementary pause for one billing cycle (two weeks) of their subscription. Beyond this, Unlimited members may cancel their subscription in their account page and rejoin the waitlist to subscribe to Unlimited when they wish to resume. We cannot guarantee a date for when a new invite will be sent after a cancellation. We cannot pause or refund a subscription mid-billing cycle. This means if you reach out to our support team to pause your subscription, it will go into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For that one billing cycle, you will not be charged. The billing will auto-resume after that cycle ends (two weeks). We are unable to refund a portion of a billing cycle. Your Unlimited perks will remain active until the pause begins.
