Subscription orders are processed and shipped on Mondays.

Single bags are shipped USPS First Class Mail, which takes 2-5 business days. Multiple bag shipments are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days. Orders come with USPS tracking numbers. If you haven't gotten yours, let us know, and we can get it to you!

We roast subscription coffees on Mondays and ship them same day.

GGET Unlimited is a membership pilot program that invites you to become a regular at our shop.

For $13 a week enjoy one free drink per visit at a single cafe. Want to become a regular at more than one cafe? For $18 a week, enjoy one free drink per visit at all participating cafes. Come in once a day, or ten times a day. Just make sure to say hi to your favorite barista. At this time G&B Coffee is exempt from GGET Unlimited and perks cannot be applied at those locations.

GGET Unlimited is a pilot program and is only available to invited members at this time. If you would like to join please add your name to the waitlist. Some terms and conditions apply.

In order to offer the Unlimited program to our community, we need our members to abide by a set of terms & conditions. The full set of terms and conditions are here, but we want to highlight a few important ones. We reserve the right to remove folks that violate these terms from the program.

• Members are entitled to one Unlimited drink per hour per visit. Redeeming more than one drink per hour or picking up multiple drinks is a violation of terms.
• Only the registered Unlimited Member may redeem Unlimited drinks. Unlimited members cannot share their perks with friends and family and must redeem in person. But we welcome them to sign up.

During the pilot, we are inviting a limited number of customers via e-mail to join the program from our waiting list. We will release new invites every few weeks. If you're interested in joining the waiting list, sign up here.

Once you’ve joined the Unlimited Pilot you can redeem your free drink in-store or through the GGET app.

Simply log into your account to find your unique Unlimited code and add the wallet pass to your mobile device for easy access. Show your pass to our baristas when checking out and the most expensive drink will be discounted from your order.

To order ahead use the GGET app and the discount will be applied automatically.

If you are a multi-store member you can redeem your perks at all participating cafes. For single store members, Unlimited perks can only be redeemed at your home shop.

At this time G&B Coffee is exempt from GGET Unlimited and perks cannot be applied at those locations. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on instagram to be the first to know when we add any additional cafes to the program.

Yes! Unlimited discounts will automatically apply to purchases made on the app. Make sure the email address attached to your GGET app account matches the email address you used to sign up for the Unlimited Program. If your emails are not the same, you can update your email in your profile settings in the app.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow members to share their perks. Only the Unlimited member may redeem their Unlimited drinks and must do so in person. If you have friends or family interested in joining the GGET Unlimited program, be sure to encourage them to sign up for the waiting list for the next round of invites!

To pause your Unlimited subscription, please email or text us. We allow Unlimited members a complementary pause for one billing cycle (two weeks) of their subscription. Beyond this, Unlimited members may cancel their subscription in their account page and rejoin the waitlist to subscribe to Unlimited when they wish to resume. We cannot guarantee a date for when a new invite will be sent after a cancellation. We cannot pause or refund a subscription mid-billing cycle. This means if you reach out to our support team to pause your subscription, it will go into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For that one billing cycle, you will not be charged. The billing will auto-resume after that cycle ends (two weeks). We are unable to refund a portion of a billing cycle. Your Unlimited perks will remain active until the pause begins.

We will bill your card on file every two weeks. You can change your payment method easily in your account.
