We want you to love your coffee and merchandise. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Coffee Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on coffee purchases. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@gget.com. We’ll work to make it right.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for non-coffee merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@gget.com with your order number and details of the return. Once approved, you may ship eligible merchandise to:

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
