What We're Loving
Luis processes his coffee in a truly unique style: coffee is harvested and depulped over several days, each batch left to ferment with the subsequent batch added on top before washing and drying all at once. Huila's cool evening temperatures allow this slow and steady method to bring out vibrant, tangy fruit notes within the coffee without overfermentation.
He is an exceptional producer, and we will be buying every single pound of coffee we can get our hands on for the foreseeable future. We hope you dig this year's harvest as much as we have!
