Heidy’s coffee was one that immediately drew our attention while tasting through dozens of lots at the lab. Layered and complex, with a clear identity; exactly what we look for in an emerging producer. With her coffee this year, look for notes of an orangy citrus, blackberry, apple, cherry, and almond. Absolutely beautiful here, as a single origin espresso.
