ABOUT MAJOR MONUMENTS
Major Monuments is built for depth and approachability: 80% Aipecito from Colombia paired with 20% Brazil Rio Brilhante Limão Rosa. This is our first true step into a darker roast profile, designed to expand how our coffees show up in daily drinking and meet a broader range of preferences.
The cup is anchored in developed sweetness. Fudge and roasted walnut sit at the center, supported by chocolate and caramel that carry through from start to finish. The Brazil brings weight and texture, while the Colombia keeps the blend from becoming flat or overly heavy.
It’s structured to work with milk, hold up to cream and sugar, and still maintain enough definition to stand on its own. The sweetness is round and full, with a finish that leans more toward comfort and familiarity than brightness.
This is also a shift in philosophy as much as flavor. There’s a wider audience for coffee than just high-acidity, high-clarity profiles, and this is a way of meeting that audience without compromising sourcing or intent.
